Hey guys, my name is Aditya i'm 24 yrs old and my height is 5'8... firstly there is no way to gain 10 kgs in 15 days... i have started working out about 11 days ago my initial weight was 44.3 kgs when i checked and now after working out these past 11 days and following a diet of 5 meals per day my weight is 46.9 kgs ... there are people who suggest whey protein and some supplements but in the long run it will ruin your body... so taking this into consideration i would say that in 30 days i may gain about 7.5 kgs... and that too is a blessing... hope what i said was helpful and good luck
