I AM 21 YEARS OLD AND I NEED TO GAIN 10 KG WEIGHT WITHIN 15 DAYS. I am too skinny. I'm 6.1' ft tall and my weight is 65 kg. I eat a healthy diet but it doesn't work.. help me please.

Eat more calories than you burn. You need to eat 3000 calories than your bmi requires to gain half a kg a day.

Start your day--
at 6.00AM drink milk.
6.15AM eat one egg (omlet=not BOILED=)
7.00AM bread butter /cheese sandwich
8AM eat cashew or walnut 50gm
10am drink milk with raw egg shaked well in IT.
12pm- eat heavy lunch
2->5pm - take nap
6PM eat chips, snacks
8-PM drink cold drinks
9-PM eat pasta or maggi or fried/ hakka noodles
10-PM eat heavy dinner
11-PM drink a glass of milk with peanut butter in it. (it is a sort of choklate drink "lyk milk shake" )

Now sleep..!! (PS. Dont hit the gym, or do any kind od excercise)

Follw this routine for 1week , and u'll gain minimum of 7kg in a week..!!

I gained 30 kgs following this routine.. I was 30kgs last month, now i am 65kg.! Amd i lyk my new looks...!!

im 1,90 cm tall, and 65 kg, i eat 8 times per day and take protein shakes daily, in the last 4 years, and i still have 65 kg, explain this please, because i really dont know what to do anymore, all doctors told me, its ok, you can go home, im tired and broke, how the hell others eating a little bit in the front of the tv makes themself like 100 kg in a month, and i try from more than 4 years and i did not gainned even a kg in plus? i take 10,000 calories per day, and a lot of proteins and carbohidrates, but for nothing
