Easy as period. Go to gym make some exercise and weight lifting for at least 2 months and see the result. Monday Wednesday and Friday make it your workout days, Tuesday Thursday Saturday Sunday make it your rest day. :) Water your body at least 4 liters a day.

Omg drink a cup of cream twice a day
You can add espresso shot to your cream to make it taste like a coffee
Cream contains 30% fat
Each cup is 300ml
That's 200gram fat a day
Melt a block of milk chocolate and drink a cup of melted chocolate twice a day (san chirps style)
This contains another 150g fat and probably 150 gram sugar equivalent to 75 gram fat
Now we're at roughly 450 gram fat a day
eat 2 avocados a day - these contain roughly 150 grams of fat
Now we're at 600gram fat
Finally finish of a bucket of family feast KFC
This contains the remaining 400gram fat
Well done you have eaten 1 kg Fat in one day!!
You may experience diahhrea when you eat too much fat at one time
