How Much Suboxone Should I Directly Put In Clean Synthetic Urine So It Shows Up On Test (Page 2) (Top voted first)

Ok so I went to my suboxone doctor two mondays ago to get my script and as usual he screened me, i'm dirty for marijuana and he didn't expect me to be, so I went to my local smoke shop and bought U-Pass which is synthetic 100% clean urine, Now I obviously needed to show dirty for suboxone obviously as that's what he prescribes me, so i went to the bathroom poured the u-pass into the cup, the u-pass stayed right at 98 where it should, and I put a quarter of a suboxone film into the u-pass, I hand my doctor the cup he dips five mins later, it showed dirty of oxycodone and suboxone, how the hell did this happen did I put to much suboxone in and it caused a false positive for oxycodone, if so how much suboxone am I supposed to put in the u-pass to make sure it only shows up dirty for suboxone, any answers or feedbacks would be great as I see him in 3 days. thanks

It's really difficult to say, with any certainty, because it's going to depend on many factors, including your body weight, metabolism, health, activity levels and the prescribed dosage.

I'm a nurse and I was going to sub dr too. I needed to be positive for Xanax and suboxone but not weed. Anyways I got some clean pee and put Quarter of sub and Xanax in it. She didn't say anything to me the first couple times. But I seen on the cup it failed for oxycodone too. So the last time I did it she called me and we had a meeting. Basically when we take a drug orally it metabolizes in our body. And it comes out in our urine as a different drug metabolite name. So when they do drug testing they also test for metabolites. That way you can not alter it.

I just did this today and I used clean urine from a human not store bought and it came up in my drug test saying I had oxys and suboxone in my urine so now they are sending it out to the lab and they will know for sure that I dissolved a piece of sub in the urine and I don't know what to say to them about it..

the pee will show up opiets cause subs do have opeites in it so clean pee is better than dirty i promise i would say i havent took them in a few days cause you where feeling better and thought you could do it now but you quicley learned you cant and that you need them. sorry for the spelling im not use to gettin on the computer

I am so tired of people asking the same question. If you would take the time to read the several posts that already answer your question, which just fills this thread up, maybe my question would be answered.

If you dissolve a piece it will show positive for Subs but also for opiates. The Subs have to metabolize in one’s system or it will show up positive for opiates. I and apparently several other people (who have posted the same answer below) have done this and have received the same results.

The reason why putting suboxone directly into the clean urine sample didn't work is because the drug panels test for the metabolites in the pee not the pre-metabolized compound. It has to pass through the body first. The reason it made you test positive for opiates is because straight suboxone is actually chemically similar to the opiate metabolites that the panels test for. I know all this because I have been through it myself and have done lots of research.

By personal experience these are the 2 ways you can pass:

1. Get someone with clean urine to take a sub for you and have them pee for you. Then, save the rest and put in freezer. It is good for about a year.

2. Get clean urine, take a couple crumbs of sub, put on spoon with just a small drop of water, put firer/a lighter under spoon to melt and bring sub crumb mixture to a boil, then add to urine.

These are the only 2 ways that will work. Personally, I was fortunate enough to have someone take one for me and he was completely clean. I have enough in my freezer to last about a year.

If you read the numerous posts on this forum you'd know that putting sub directly in will test positive for ox and sub. The way its.metabolized or something.

I go to the doctors every week for my script of subs . my levels have been low and there starting to ask questions. I guess it shows the last 4 days . I'm suppose to take one a day but share with my boyfriend how can I increase my levels? does shooting them higher your levels ? The first week I shoot them n was fine then wanted to stop shooting them and swallowed them but then my levels were low should I cont. shooting them

You will get caught if you try to add raw suboxone to urine. my friend was kicked offf the program because the doctor showed him the toxicology report and it was off the chart. no metabolites just raw drug. he showed him the results for four months and said they could tell that he didnt have the sub in his system!

you are not supposed to swallow them. u need to stick it under ur tounge n let it dissolve.

I've been doing this version forever and it does work on the metabolite test. Bupe isn't oxy. It's actually in a class all it's own. I think trace amounts don't get metabolized by your body so putting it in your urine will work. Sorry, but it will work.

Ride it out, You are correct. Buying the synthetic urine at stores does not always work. There is no way it would break down and show oxy's I don't care how it metabolizes just wouldn't do it. I hate to say but actual clean urines would be the only for sure thing.

JOHNDAGREEK, thx 4 answering. However if I freeze the urine with the Buprenorphine in it when I go back to get tested (4 weeks later) will the Buprenorphine still be detected in the test since it was frozen and then dethawed?

As for all the people that keep inquiring about dissolving Suboxone/Subutex in urine and it coming up positive for opiates…all you need to do is read a few previous answers and you would have known the answer right away. I’ve tried it and apparently others have tried it and they got the same results. Again it has to go through one’s system (metabolized) or it will show up positive for opiates. Some of the posts say it worked for them…I don’t know how it worked for them.

Anyway I have the same problem. I have showed up positive for pot many, many times and the doctor doesn’t like it, but I didn’t go there for a marijuana problem.

JOHNDAGREEK or anyone who knows, please answer the question above regarding the ingredient being detected after freezing for 4 weeks, and dethawing it?

Yes. Asher is 100% correct. We can answer this question a hundred times but wanting it to work wont make it work. To answer this question AGAIN if you take a piece of suboxone (pill or patches) and put it into real urine, fake urine or even a cup of water it will test positive for opiates on one test AND suboxone on the seperate dipstick test. The only way for it to not test for opiates is for it to metabolize through your system naturally. Now you can argue or wonder why or pray but nothing you do will change that.

I droped a half and let it dissolve. On my container I have a temp strip that came on the fake urine. So maybe buy fake urine and it will tell you the directions. I always buy my handwarmers from a smoke shop. I think they sell them at walmart to. Microwave bottle with pee for 10 to 20 sec and attach handwarmer with rubber band. You can always cool pee off but can't get it hotter so keep that in mind. You want pee to be a temp of 92 to 98 I always make sure that it is 98 to 100 before I leave my house because I know it will drop a little. Shake hand warmer like 15 min before u microwave. Sometimes I feel that it doesn't heat up to fast but you can also put it by the car heater to heat faster. Before I walk in thebuilding I make sure it is 92 to 98 it always is . Then hide in purse or pocket. I bring my purse in the bathroom.
