Ok so I went to my suboxone doctor two mondays ago to get my script and as usual he screened me, i'm dirty for marijuana and he didn't expect me to be, so I went to my local smoke shop and bought U-Pass which is synthetic 100% clean urine, Now I obviously needed to show dirty for suboxone obviously as that's what he prescribes me, so i went to the bathroom poured the u-pass into the cup, the u-pass stayed right at 98 where it should, and I put a quarter of a suboxone film into the u-pass, I hand my doctor the cup he dips five mins later, it showed dirty of oxycodone and suboxone, how the hell did this happen did I put to much suboxone in and it caused a false positive for oxycodone, if so how much suboxone am I supposed to put in the u-pass to make sure it only shows up dirty for suboxone, any answers or feedbacks would be great as I see him in 3 days. thanks

I'm a nurse and I was going to sub dr too. I needed to be positive for Xanax and suboxone but not weed. Anyways I got some clean pee and put Quarter of sub and Xanax in it. She didn't say anything to me the first couple times. But I seen on the cup it failed for oxycodone too. So the last time I did it she called me and we had a meeting. Basically when we take a drug orally it metabolizes in our body. And it comes out in our urine as a different drug metabolite name. So when they do drug testing they also test for metabolites. That way you can not alter it.

Hey man so you went to your sub doctor with clean urine that you put a suboxone film in and dissolved it ? I'm confused cuz others said that it showed positive for oxy as well as the subs? I have my visit with sub doctor tomorrow for a urine and smoke herbs...

I need to know if putting a small amount of crushed up subutex in a friends clean urine will make you test positive for subutex? Or will it show up as an opiate. I'm not sure what kind of test they give there. I get tested every time I go so... I don't know.

hello I am in exact position as u were. I see sub doc. but now bc of some new law I cant pee dirty for wacky tobacco- marijuana :-( anymore. so... I've got my boyfriend's pee that is clean but I gotta some how get my sub to show up in the urine. Was hoping to hear back from u & find iut pretty much everything u did exactly how u did it. I too have got the strips. if u could please reply back & inform me of anything I'd be so appreciative of you.

I'm a doctor and you all make me feel very sick to my stomach. Is this what all my patients are doing? I think it's best just to stop giving narcotics to anyone and skip the whole headache.

hi, did ur doc give u the dipstick text, then set in urine then flushed sample down toilet? I need to have only subs in my system. My pee does not go to a lab it's flushed, the dipstick says BUP,OXI, OPI, & 1 other.

The reason why putting suboxone directly into the clean urine sample didn't work is because the drug panels test for the metabolites in the pee not the pre-metabolized compound. It has to pass through the body first. The reason it made you test positive for opiates is because straight suboxone is actually chemically similar to the opiate metabolites that the panels test for. I know all this because I have been through it myself and have done lots of research.

I have tried in the past to place a piece in urine and it showed up at my doctor’s office as positive for bup. and positive for either opiates or oxy (either way not good) so I stopped doing this. I didn’t know why it was doing this but after reading A LOT online about it, it has to metabolize through your system or it will come up like that. So I read about an experiment that worked for someone else.

I bought a test online and tested the theory. I had my friend who hadn’t smoked for about 3 weeks pee for me and I crushed a Subutex, put it on a spoon, added a tiny bit of water, and then brought it to a boil by lighting a lighter under the spoon. Did the test and it came up negative for all except bup. This is what I wanted and I believe this is what we all want to happen.

I had a doctor’s appointment yesterday so I had my friend the night before take a piece of Subutex and he peed for me. The test at my docs office came up positive for THC. He hadn’t smoked in about 3 weeks with the exception of taking one small hit a week and a half ago.

So now I don’t know if I should try this next time I go since the at home test showed he was negative for THC but at the doctor’s he it was positive.

I was thinking that maybe my “experiment” worked because of the actual boiling of the medication. Like maybe it somehow broke it down to appear as if it was metabolized. Again, doubting the test results at home due to the THC results. Any thoughts?

I droped a half and let it dissolve. On my container I have a temp strip that came on the fake urine. So maybe buy fake urine and it will tell you the directions. I always buy my handwarmers from a smoke shop. I think they sell them at walmart to. Microwave bottle with pee for 10 to 20 sec and attach handwarmer with rubber band. You can always cool pee off but can't get it hotter so keep that in mind. You want pee to be a temp of 92 to 98 I always make sure that it is 98 to 100 before I leave my house because I know it will drop a little. Shake hand warmer like 15 min before u microwave. Sometimes I feel that it doesn't heat up to fast but you can also put it by the car heater to heat faster. Before I walk in thebuilding I make sure it is 92 to 98 it always is . Then hide in purse or pocket. I bring my purse in the bathroom.

How much of the strip did you use? And did you just dip it or did you actually drop the piece of strip into the pee and wait for it to dissolve? I'm using clean urine, not store bought
....

I did the same thing. But mine worked. The only thing I did different was that I put half a sub and didn't have to use it for like two months. I didn't freeze it or anything. Just left it in my nightstand. Used handwarmer to keep warm. I passed for sub but was clean for wverything else. I read this right after I handed the nurse my tainted fake urine and was freaking out. But to my relief it worked.

I went to sub dr yesterday and read this after putting sub in fake urine and handing it to the nurse. I was freaking out because I had taken a couple of lortabs the day b4 because I ran out of sub. Knowing that I hadpossable drug screens coming up I bought the fake pee and put half a sub into the bottle. I always bring the pee with me warming it up at home and using a handwarmer on the way. IT WORKED PEOPLE. Passed for sub and negative for everything else. They give me a cup that has all the drugs they test for on a panel on the top of the cup that even shows the creatine and all that stuff. Worked for me.

you are not supposed to swallow them. u need to stick it under ur tounge n let it dissolve.

I just got prescribed to subs and I still wanna smoke so can I get clean urine drop a peice of a sub and I will pass? What about keeping it body temp I heard using synthetic urine won't work...so I'm wondering if clean urine and a peice of a sub will? And if so how much of a peice and how would you keep it body temp?

You will get caught if you try to add raw suboxone to urine. my friend was kicked offf the program because the doctor showed him the toxicology report and it was off the chart. no metabolites just raw drug. he showed him the results for four months and said they could tell that he didnt have the sub in his system!
