The half-life of Suboxone is anywhere between 24-72 hours; so I would suggest giving yourself at least a week or longer if you think you are going to be testing "specifically" for Suboxone. I know this isn't a 100% direct answer, but I hope it helps! There's really just not much information online regarding "exactly" how long it stays in your system.
If you do think you are at risk for it showing up on a drug test, I would suggest informing them that you are on it, under a doctor's care. But from the majority of information i've read on the subject, you shouldn't be too concerned about it even showing up, since it's rarely tested for.
