Suboxone contains the active ingredients Buprenorphine and Naloxone. The Buprenorphine is still a narcotic opiate, so suffering some withdrawal symptoms, if you run out, or abruptly stop taking them is perfectly normal.

And while the symptoms should slowly taper off in severity, they can last for a month or so, depending on how long you have been taking it.
