I have taken 4 1mg Xanax in the past three days. How long does it take to clear your system for a urine drug test?

Hmmm...ironic. Bnice said something mean and offered no more of an answer to the initial question than the person they were criticizing. This post is equally as useless, but at least I'm aware of it. In the future Bnice, you may want to consider being nicer.

I am prescribed pain meds for back problems and my pain Dr writes klonipin for me. It is the only thing that helps my restless legs syndrome. Every once in awhile I take xanax if I have a rough month. When I do that I take them a couple of nights and save my last 4 klonipin to keep bars from showing up on UA. The only thing that bensos should never be used if you are on methadone. This combo is a deadly combination I've known of quite a few people that have died taking them but they also took too many and for recreational use. Both of them effect the respiratory system.

that is probably the most accurate stat i have read on this whole forum. thank you for giving the correct information .. i just ran across some dummy on here that said 6 weeks to get it out of your system. and that is absolutely false information. so thank u im glad you knew what you were talking abould before givin false info

I took 2 zanax bars last night by accident. I have never taken them before. I believe they were 3 mg each. How long does it stay in your system for? I have a drug test tomorrow I think they are know as bars.

Well the information they're reading is a vague time frame for ALL benzodiazepines. It is possible for a "benzo" to last 6 weeks if not longer. Benzodiazepines such as Valium (diazepam) have a long half-life, which, as a result, remains in your system significantly longer than Xanax with a short half life. Other factors include: a person's size, body fat content, an excessive amount, and the consistency. One smaller mg will be expelled from your urine no longer than 72 hours. Hope that clears everything up.

I have read recently on the web MD thatXanax remains in the bloodstream long after its anti-anxiety effects have worn off. Xanax’s average half-life is 11 hours. This means that it takes an average of 11 hours for the body to eliminate half the Xanax dose. In older or obese people, or those with liver disease, Xanax’s half-life is longer, as long as 40 hours.

It takes several half-lives to eliminate a drug completely. So for most people, there may still be a small fraction of Xanax in your blood two days or more after taking a single pill. But there is a point at witch the half-life of the drug is completely eliminated it does not just go on forever dividing in half once it is at a certain low point it is eliminated completely but could take up to a month in a healthy average weight person with decent fluid intake and no liver problems but even this will vary because of an individuals metabolism. Usually after 2 or 3 days the level is so neglegable that it cannot be detected by normal means but if say a court wanted to detect it enough to spend a couple thousand dollars on a more in depth test that most but not all testing facilities even have the equipment for they could measure the half-life all the way down to and past the final ng they could but someone would really want to have it in for you to fail (workman's comp., or you really pissed someone off) this type of testing has been done with almost any illicit drug.

Talked to a pharmacist Xanax last for about 80 hours in your system. So that's 3-4 days. Asked and talked to 3 different ones and a doctor. So all your scared you may not pass a test. As long as you wait 3/4 days without taking them your will past. Gaurenteed . This info is coming from my doctor. And it's 100% true and accurate. So I hope this helps you guys. Out that may be worried about failing a 10-12 panel tests don't freak out about it you will be fine as long as you don't take any and wait that amount of time. So you will be fine

i dont think theres ever really getting xanax out of your system because the half-life is 11.2 hrs but it will be so low in concentration that it never ends. Say you take .05 mg, in 11.2 hrs that amount is cut in half to .025 and so on. so if you plan to take a drug sceen, you need to check to see how little of the drug it can detect. or at least thats what ive come to believe.

I am supposed to take only 1 mg. of xanax a day.The past 3 days, I have taken 2. I have a urine test in 10 days. I usually stick to 1 a day but a death in my family made the anxiety worse so, I used a little more. I have a test coming up in 10 days. Is there any way I can make the level go down before my urine test so it will go down to show I've only taken 1 a day before I take my urine test in 10 days. I am willing to stop or slack off so my urine test will show up as the right amount Sorry txt was so long. Thanks

I took .25mg Xanax and had a drug test 55hrs later and was clean, It all depends on your metabolism. Only thing I did different was make sure I was always drinking water and the day of the drug test I drank only about 2 glasses so my urine wasn't diluted and everything turned out fine.

By monday afternoon. Even if you took another 1mg today you would still be fine for a urine by Monday afternoon. Hope this helps.

I have a suboxone dr.he said if I didn't have a prescription for xanan next two weeks he would have to kidded me out I don't think I can quite I been taking them 3 or so a day for 20 yrs I have bad panic attacks I live in Hazard Ky I think I could make it with klomopin or valium I have a husband with brain damage also any ideas

Did my own test guys. Took 2 Xanax and tested myself 4 days later, the two were taken one a day. The test was absolutely clean.

Valium is a benzo, hence the positive test. Also suboxone does not show up on a 5 panel screen, not even as an opiate. P.S. tell your boyfriend to kick those subs. The withdrawal from those things is worse than heroin.
