You have no fing clue what your talking about. Your body naturally creates creatine. So the reason creatine is in detox drinks is so that when you dilute, the creatine level needed is at the correct amount. If a test is over diluted, they first look into your creatine levels before failing. Smdh.. do your research

Truly understand....i have sleep and anxiety problems also. So THE xanax really works, u just cannot abuse whateva st if u take. That's the only way I sleep until my doctor prescribed me ambian but I have to take 2 instead of 1. Being that xans were not prescribed to me but at my next appointment ...i will let my doctor know this to see what I can do. Thanks

I agree with you"" i wish people could see pain "" chronic pain, its getting so hard to get any help.I cqn go to a methadone clinic ever day in morning by 10 but i have too say im there because im a junky!! I cant say i need something for my pain " ifor my broken neck and three back surgery's in car accident .Im sorry this is so wrong for us with real pain.Im 52 i feel like 70 years old.

I use my dose for detox but also per docs advice, split it daily for pain. I'm slowly weaning off but am afraid how bad the chronic pain I have will be the lower my dose.oh well. Thanks for the advice & reply.

Thank you. I tested w/ urine Tues & it came back no methadone in my system. So sending it back to lab but can't figure how that's possible. Still waiting for results.
