Dexona contains the active ingredient Dexamethasone, which is a steroid class medication and there's really no way to overcome, or stop the side effects.

However, if you are on it for awhile, they will taper off after about a month of use, as your body starts to get used to the medication.

Hi Sir,

One of my friend suggested me to take Dexona+Cypotin 4+Swastha Vardhak capsules to gain weight. I was very thin and lean but after taking these medicines, I saw a drastic change in my health and weight. I became very fat. But when I noticed fungus on my right hand fingers with irritation in skin. After sometime I stopped using those tablets but that caused me great issues like depression, excess urine issues, shivering, weakness, and no hunger. But when I start taking these tablets again everything goes smooth except fungus on skin. Please help me to rid of stretch marks caused due to it. But if stop using those tablets, my hunger for food will be killed that causes weakness and dark circles. Please take me out of this. How should I get rid off these tables and have good health?

Hello sir, I m also taking ciplactin and dexona from last 4 year , butI' I HD stopped this before 15 days back, but still I m facing some problem in my body like skin dry, itching, no hunger, excess urine, hair fall, weight loss, and most irritating problem is I have pain right side below the ribs to back . I m in very depression now days. I have used dexona and practin for about 2 years 2 tab daily. Butdue to its side effect like streach mark, blurry vision i stopped taking it. After then i am loosing my weight day by day and i have lost my hunger.So i stareted taking cypon syrup for about 3 month. Somehow it maintained my hunger but when i stopped taking it again suffered from the same thing and lost my hunger. I have also taken homeopath and ayurveda but it did'nt worked and now am very depressed because of my weight loss. so please suggest how to get rid from the side effect of dexona and practin.

Brother start doing excercise or running.....start gym and also have proper protien diet.

Bro, my side effect are: Loss of appetite, indigestion, acidity, bloated stomach every time, flatulence, pain in abdomen after running, pain in upper back due to gas, anxiety, insomnia, red rashes, acne on face and upper back, stretch marks, weakness... totally depressed. I consulted two gastroenterologists, every diagnostic is normal, lft, kft, endoscopy all the blood work, U/A, (latest c.t enterography). I am suffering from these problems as of the past year. Now I don't know what to do?
