Hoping Viibryd Will Help

I have been on 40 mg of Viibryd for 2 weeks now. Dreams every night as well. Not all nightmares but quite a few. I am still struggling massively with depression and anxiety. Panic attacks. I severely hate having to go to public places. I have lots of trouble focusing driving too. And my temper is severely scary. I snap so fast. Scared where my life is headed.

I'm still not right. I used to be so happy and outgoing. Now i panic having to go places. Any little thing that goes wrong or a sudden change in my routine just screws my head up. Then I cannot think. I wonder if Viibryd is right for me or should I ask about Prozac? Paxil was no help either. I just want my life back. Want to be happy again. I have noticed no help with my panic attacks either.

Many of these medications can actually cause a temporary worsening of symptoms between about 2 to 3 weeks of taking them, before an improvement is seen and their full efficacy isn't usually seen until after taking them for about 4 to 6 weeks. Other side effects you may experience could include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and weight changes.
