Help With Pill Identity

I have a small sky blue pill with a V on one side and the other side is scored and looks to have a 54 on one side of the score and the two numbers on the other side of the score look a little rubbed off, maybe says 07?

The only listing that I am finding close, right now, is a round, blue tablet with 5483 V, which contains 20mgs of Propranolol, which is most commonly used to help treat high blood pressure.
