Help Finding Klonopin Sf East Bay Area Ca Doc

Hi, so I'm a student with no medical insurance and I really need help finding a doctor that will prescribe me klonopin. In the past I have been on many SSRI's like celexa, buspar, proranolo, many more. They do not help me. I suffer everyday from social anxiety, and I am in therapy, but I need relief. My friend use to have a doctor that prescribed her klonopin as needed for panic. She offered me a few and I used 3 1mg klonopins over the next week when I would panic. They work so well for me! I panic on average 3 - 10 times a week! Even in my sleep I will wake up with a panic attack. It's in my genetics to have anxiety, my mom has it, ect. I feel like no professional takes me seriously. They just help me feel normal when an attack hits and prevents more attacks from happening in that day. I need a doctor that will take me seriously. Maybe you know one in the SF East Bay California area? Thank you for reading this. Stay well everyone.

Are you currently taking anything?

I'm sorry you are having such problems, but the goal of therapy is to try to help you learn coping strategies, so you aren't dependent on drugs for the rest of your life.

And Benzodiazepines, such as Klonopin, can be very habit forming and addictive, so most doctors are going to be reluctant to even let you in for an appointment, if you're contacting them and asking if they'll prescribe it.

Since you are very young, doctors will be very reluctant to resort to such medications, due to the habit forming dangers.

Do you think your therapist may be able to help you find a solution or a doctor that you can see?
