Help Me Find A Doctor To Prescribe Klonopin, Adderall And Chronic Pain Meds (Page 2) (Top voted first)

I moved to Minnesota and need to find a Doctor to prescribe Klonopin and Adderal or Dexadrine. I have high anxiety and panic disorder and can barely leave the house. I also have ADHD and can't start or finish anything without becoming stuck. I have chronic pain and was forced to start a Methadone program. I don't want to take it but have no choice because the pain is so bad. I am looked at like a "drug seeker" but I need my medication and don't know what to do.

Drs. are quit cruel especially when it comes to these types of things. It should be a legal matter that the patient can sue a doctor for taking someone off of Klonopin cold turkey and causing seizures or strokes.

There is some feeling of mild electricity-like, as I am now older there's a vibration to it at times... that I feel all the time, non-stop... and if my doctor was feeling that all the time, he would prescribe himself almost anything to make it stop. In the beginning, it was very mild and doctors kept telling me that it was a panic attack. I repeated that phrase for decades and now I realize, NO! A panic attack goes away - even the worst go away eventually! This is non-stop, so it's a little more complicated but doctors don't take the time to listen.

Pay for things in cash and drop your insurance. You will get better because your doctor will treat you like an indigent care person and not monkey around with your meds, new texts, and just any crap they can charge your insurance company for... I assure you, I can afford insurance but I have gotten so much better without it

I am looking for a doctor to pescribe my kolonapin or xanax I suffer fuom depression,anxiety and strange mental problem I hear voices in my head they are mostly ehen I am asleep or ehen it is quite I cant control them and feel like I am loosing my mind I cant find a doctor to help me they give me prozac,lexapro,celexa wilbutrin,and they dont help I havent sleeped in 1and a half weeks because of these voices they make me very violent.my mother gives me her xaxax bars witch help for the time of about 4hrs hen I hear them again that is why I am asking for help. I am tired of feeling like this could you please help me . From a person who dont want to be criticized over my mental issues

And the reason why you know what a nurse should know is because you're a doctor in psychiatrics, correct? Listen, I'm a living example of every benzodiazepine user. Who I am is of no importance. But, I would like to concur with our nurse that these withdraw symptoms spoken of are inaccurate. What the patient is experiencing is self created psychologically. Physical withdraw peaks at 72 hours depending on the amount taken and the length of time taken. But, not from klonopin. Yes, some physical withdraw is obvious because of the neurotransmitters. Rebound anxiety, etc etc. The majority of anxiety is created by the topic of our own thoughts. Feel free to message me for help. Librium is an answer. Getting over your mental issues and depression, negativity, hypochondrism...these are answers. I've been there and have shown many people the path back to anxiety free living. The problem isn't physical it's mental.

I think those with very little anxiety may not need such a drug as klonopin but yes this nurse is right ..every patient is different. I think that you need to be informed as well as your doctor and make an appropriate diagnosis prescribing as to the patients diagnosis and pros vs cons of such a drug. When your a patient that can't even leave your house or make calls for anything even to post such things as this you may need something like klonopin to help you survive life. This drug is the only drug allowed me to get my life back. And if you take it as prescribed and not overdue it then you usually do not get addicted. if you need to come off it then you gradually come off and you don't experience withdrawal. So to those who have gotten addicted then you may have an addictive behavior and therefore this drug may not be for you. But education is the best. Ignorance is the worse. Overreaction can take place if you have had a bad experience but don't scare patients from this drug because for some it's the difference between a life or a bed.

How is anybody gonna get to feeling better if doctors won't prescribe what their patients are in need of? This undermedicating b.s. is gonna stop. And it doesn't matter who you hang out with or how much money you have. Everybody is created equally.

I need to find a Dr. that is willing to work with Klonepin, as it has been an effective medication for my severe panic disorder w/ agoraphobia. I live in St. Paul, MN. Please help!

Hopefully you found some help since your post. Don't be afraid to tell your doctor what your experiencing. If they just throw a bunch of bs at you to take that you know doesn't work tell them. Like I said in a recent post i may as well been in prison for years now cause thats exactly what it is and only getting worse. If one Doctor dont help go to another till you get one that will help you. Some Doctor's or shrinks should be kicked out of their practice for not doing thier jobs expecially when on government assistance you get the short end of the stick. Im still struggling cause of these incompetent people. I don't want to say no more im getting mad as hell

I benefit greatly from klonipin. If you have true anxiety disorder which is dibelitating this drug gave me a life. I am 47 my anxiety disorder started at 15. My anxiety is way worse then the effects I had coming off the drug. I have been taking it for 17 years now I only take .5 mg twice a day. People including doctors that do not have true anxiety all day with panic attacks do not understand. Situational anxiety is one thing I may not prescribe it. But do not put this drug down it has given many people a life. I have tried many things through the years a small amount I could say is the closest thing to a cure for this

try tranxine cause they work for me back in the days n I did not hv a problem with it at all they r 3.25..so ask the doctor abt thoseok n also i think tht how u spell it..

Klonopin is a wonderful drug as a long as you don't abuse or misuse it, You take them when you're having a real panic attack, not just because you're anxious. I take a klonopin once every/every other week or so, and It helps me soo much when I am stressed beyond belief especially being a college student. I wish I could get a prescription so that I have them when I NEED them, but every doctor thinks I'm a drug seeker. I just get a couple of them a month from my neighbor who also uses them very conservatively. If you are using this as a cure, it will only do damage. This is a drug to help get an overall sense of well-being highly established and for emergencies when everything goes wrong in a day.

In your opinion...... I'm here to inform people that THEY should be informed before they just take drugs that are as addictive as Klonopin. These drugs are not benign. They harm many people. Great if they don't harm you. Swell. You got lucky! They have harmed many. People need to be educated. Then they can make up their own minds. So, rather than just say, 'You are wrong, Rita," why don't you encourage them to them look up the information I've provided and then make up their own minds? Provide your own information sites and encourage them to look at those, too. Did YOU look up the information at benzo.org.uk ? I have every right to offer my own true story about what this drug did to me. Others have balanced that by giving their stories. Others should read both and make up their own minds. "You are wrong, Rita," is pointless, says nothing, and proves nothing. I get angry when people try to dissuade others from being informed just because the information given doesn't agree with their own opinion.

to klon. klonopin is used for petit mal, akinetic, myoxlonua, Lennox Gastaut seizure disorders.

You are right Rita, but you are catagorizing folks, and sometimes their issues are different. There are clearly times when benzos are ok. Maybe someone facing death for example. I am a psychiatrist and there are sometimes things involved that need to be dealt with. Perhaps an abusive father. I agree, benzos are not the answer, but they are often a way "out" when people are at their limit. I personally don't like these websites because they are basically trying to sell you something. I would not, on a professional basis, depend on them. You sound really mad. Sorry

Yo Angie. I've been on 80mgs of methadone for about 2 years now, and i have yet to find a psychiatrist who will put me on any benzos at all. But a lot of other people i know in the same situation do have benzos. So you can definitely get them; might just take a little searching.
