Heart Bypass Surgery Suggestion

My grandmother is of age 76 yrs, she is quite obese and has an unhealthy body. Now a days she is having problems with breathing so we admitted her in a heart specialty hospital. After doing many diagnostics we came to know that she had a minor heart attack. After doing angiogram we consulted with many doctors and their advice is as follows:

Doctor 1) At this age heart bypass surgery is very risky and maybe her body wont support this. He also said that putting a stent in is also not a good idea for her. He just advised to take the prescribed medicine only.

Doctor 2) He recommended us to go for bypass surgery and he was so sure that the surgery will be successful there will be no problem there after.

Doctor 3) He said to us that before heart bypass surgery a treadmill evaluation is to be done and that diagnostic is not at all recommended at this age. So he suggested us not to go for bypass surgery.

After all this suggestion we are all confused about what decision we should make. I am seeking good advice on whether or not heart bypass surgery will be successful at this age of 76 yrs and an unhealthy body?
