whenever I eat, I feel like my stomach is full and to go for bowel imm after eating. Recently I started getting extremely stinky burps, vomiting and diarrhea (All smells the same) especially when i eat meat. But whenever I take Omez, I feel good and the problem goes away for the time being. Can you tell me what is the problem with me? ## Have you consulted a doctor? That's really the only way you are going to be able to get a definitive diagnosis. I originally take OMEPRAZOL DR 40MG CAP APO. Now I take OMEPRAZOL DR 20MG CAP APO and it doesn't work as well as the 40MG CAPS... Can I take 2 of the 20MG CAPSULES? ## Hello, Arneta! How are you? Well, it is a lower dosage, so it's not going to work as well as the higher dosage did. It will take awhile for your body to adjust to the lower dosage. However no, you shouldn't raise the dosage again, without your doctor's approval. Long-term use of these PPIs risks hip fractures, according to FDA warnings. Not usually, because these tubes generally bypass the taste buds and sinuses, which are our most prominent features for tasting things. I'd imagine there may be some taste, if the person develops gas and belches a lot, or in the case of acid reflux, which may result in their tasting some bile. Is someone having a problem with such?

If someone is low in calcium, their doctor may want them to take extra, or may want them to take something with vitamin D, since it is also very important to our body and our use of calcium. Round, nickel sized green color with RP letter stamped and 103 on it that is found in someone's clothes in the dryer of a family's member. I was on omeprazole for about 3 years and it worked great. The last time I had it refilled it made my acid reflux worse and gave me nausea. The capsules are a different color than what I had been taking, is it possible they switched to a different type. ## What are the markings on the capsules? Has anyone tried the Omedex Plus 40 mg Esomeprazol as a substitute for Nexium. I bought some in Mexico but haven't tried it yet. It is a clear capsule with with pellets inside. The pellets look like the same thing as inside the Nexium capsules. Insurance quit paying for Nexium so looking for an alternative. It is a small, circular, peach colored pill that has the number 20 stamped on one side, and the other side is uninscribed. There are no scorings or other markings. The '20' appears to be stamped in Helvetica. When chipped with a razor, the peach color is a thin coating that rubs off easily. Please identify this large (almost 1 in. diameter) pink round tablet or lozenge with imprint RP on top, 115 below. What is the difference between the 2 OTC meds of Pepto Bsmol and Gaviscon ## Hello, Patricia! How are you? Pepto-Bismol contains Pink Bismuth, also known as Bismuth Salicylate. According to the FDA, it is listed as being used to treat heartburn, upset stomach, indigestion and diarrhea. However, Gaviscon as manufactured by Reckitt Benckiser contains sodium alginate, sodium or potassium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate, it is an antacid that's listed by the FDA as being used to treat or prevent heartburn and GERD.
