There is no cure for Angina, it is a medical condition that must be controlled through diet, exercise and medications.

There are two listed formulations of Propan. In the U.S. it contains Phenypropanolamine, which is a decognestant and shouldn't be used by heart patients.

In other countries, there is a multivitamin that is sold under this name and that is not going to help with such conditions, unless they are solely caused by a deficiency in the nutrients it contains.
