Hallucinations While Taking Lexapro
UpdatedHow frequent are hallucinations while taking lexapro? Has anyone experienced this side effect? I am taking lexapro for anxiety and it has decreased the anxiety, but the hallucinations are awful. Thanks.

That is not a normal side effect that the FDA lists for this medication. The typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, weight changes, and mood changes.
When are they occuring? Is it when you sleep, or when you are awake?
Are you on any other medications?
Re: Verwon (# 1)
They are occurring during the day-usually late afternoons. Most times I'm seeing my daughter in the house in a frozen position without movement. On no other medications other than crestor, carvedilol and aggrenox. I have had eye surgery for glaucoma and still having problems with vision.
