Half An Oval White Pill Partial Imprint 7

I found half of a small white oval pill and can only see a 7 as far as imprints. I found the left half. Found in childs room...SO??? Any ideas???

Hello,

Based on the description provided, the closest match I can find is Citalopram Hydrobromide (40mg); which is used in the treatment of anxiety and stress, depression, postpartum depression, vulvodynia, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (and more). It belongs to the drug class: selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.

This pill is white oval/capsule shape with the Letter A on the back and a 0 7 on the front. There is a thin football shaped score in between the numbers. Since you can only find one half of the pill, it really could be anything, but I ensure you that I did the best I could with the information you provided.
