This is Hyland's Calm Forte, it is a homeopathic remedy that is used to help with insomnia, nervousness, and anxiety. The FDA warns that it may cause nausea, dizziness, and drowsiness.

I have tried it, before and it did work wonderfully at helping with my insomnia, but you should always check with your doctor. before taking anything new.

Has anyone else tried it?
