H 502 White Round Pills

I found small white round pills that say H502 on them. Are they a benzodiazepene combination of diazepam and alprazolam?

No, that combination is not approved in the U.S.

This tablet is manufactured by Heritage Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Hydroxyzine, which is an antihistamine that is used to treat various types of allergic reactions, anxiety, and insomnia.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, drowsiness, and dry mouth.
