Green Pill Kgr 100

Hello - I found green KGR 100 pills in my husband's cabinet. He has hypertension, diabetes and elevated cholesterol. I'm worried about what side effects this drug can cause. Can someone share more details about what this medication is?

This is sold under the name Kamagra, it contains Sildenafil, it is a foreign brand name for Viagra and is used to erectile dysfunction.

The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dizziness, stuffy nose, and priapism.

He should not take it, if he is also taking medications for hypertension, since it could cause his blood pressure to drop to dangerously low levels.

What are his current blood pressure readings, on average?
