This is generic 100mg Doxepine, or name brand Sinequan. It is a tricyclic antidepressant. Used to life your spirits and treat depression. Side effects include marked drowsiness, dizziness, headaches, among others.

That ID is correct, it can also be used anxiety, and as a sedative.

The FDA lists other side effects as possibly including nausea, dry mouth, mood changes, and weight changes.
