I have been recently diagnosed with Stage 1 hypertension for which I have been prescribed 5mg of Vamlo.I commenced using Vamlo 5 mg from late December 2010. On a recent visit to India it was recommended that I trial Serpina (Himalaya herbal) The recommended dosage 1/2 to 2 tablets 2-3 times a day. I am very tempted to change my medication and use the Himalaya product however I am also concerned regarding the effect on my condition. Please advise. Thank You
