It contains: 325mg GLUTAMIC Acid, 200mg DICALCIUM Phosphate, 5mg THIAMINE hydrochloride and 10mcg VITAMIN B12. The regular dosage is listed as 1 tablet daily, or 2 after strenuous mental activity. However, since it is a supplement and not a medication, it is not actually proven to do so. It can only help if your issues are caused by a lack of the vital nutrients it contains.
