Glutaphos Tablet Dosage

i just want to know the dosage...or how many tablets will i take in daily, im 27 y/o....thanks....

Glutaphos is a supplement, touted to help with memory, it contains Glutamic Acid, Dicalcium Phosphate, Thiamine and Vitamin B12.

Potential side effects can include: dizziness, headaches, insomnia and neck pain.
