for leg cramp ## Have you looked into trying Glucosamine supplements? Glucosamine + Chondroitin is a joint supplement to promote healthy joints during exercise or daily activities in general. i had a x ray on my hip in india the diagnosis was i was in the early stages of arthritis of the hip the doctor prescribed these tablets over a period of 4 months the tablets are yellow in colour. i did have pain now and again before the xray but since comiing home i have been in constant every day which wasn't the case before also my fingernails are in a very bad state i am wondering if the tablets have anything to do with this.

What is an oval white pill marked with 300c? ## This is glucosonate sulfin (sp?). It is 500mg and used to keep joints from getting stiff by providing more of a fluidity for movement. ## I believe the more common name for it is now Glucosamine, often sold in supplements along Chondroitin and sometimes MSM as a joint/flexibility supplement such as Joint Flex, and etc.
