Have you looked into trying Glucosamine supplements?
Glucosamine + Chondroitin is a joint supplement to promote healthy joints during exercise or daily activities in general. It is also used in the treatment of arthritis.
Many health food stores and grocery stores carry this joint supplement combination.

There is also Glucosamine + MSM, which may be worth researching as well. These supplements however take time to build up in your system, so you may or may not notice it working for a while. My suggestion other than that is to stretch at least 30 minutes a day and drink lots of water.
