This formulation isn't available in the United States, but is in several other countries, so without knowing where you are located, I am unable to provide you with an answer.

The pills, however, are usually taken in the dose prescribed by your doctor, twice daily.

Gliclazide with Metformin is an oral anti-diabetic agent.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, low blood sugar and flatulence.
