Hi Patti,
The closest match I can find is Trazodone HCl (150 mg). It is a small, white, oval pill with the imprint APO T150 on the front and 50 50 50 on the back. It looks like a pill that could be easily smudged, so maybe some of the imprints wore off. I would definitely ask your daughter, hopefully she will be honest with you.
Trazodone is indicated for:
Clinical depression with or without anxiety. Insomnia, Fibromyalgia, to aid in sleeping. Control of nightmares or other sleep disturbances.
