Gen Payne Side Effects

i would like to know what possibility of this gen payne from affecting me. i took it for about 3 days. at first it made me very hungry and then that turned to something like heart burn and now the pain has grown i don't know if i now developed ulcers or what. i get this pain throughout the day. please help

Gen-Payne is listed as containing Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and Codeine, it is used to alleviate pain and fever.

And yes, the Ibuprofen can cause excess stomach acid, which may explain the problems you're having. It isn't very likely that it caused an ulcer that fast, though.

Have you tried any antacids, if it's safe for to take them, to see if they help?
