I have been taking Gen Payne for 3 weeks now after I did a minor operation, so now I am having a painful heartburn and passing too much gas. Should I discontinue taking them?

Hi. I am four months pregnant and I have had a toothache for the past two days. So I decided to take gen payne for relief and as of now, I have taken six capsules within 24 hours... What must I do because now I have just read that it's dangerous to my unborn baby?

I'm on day 3 of using Gen Payne for inflamation of my skin. Terrible side effects though, eg. disorientation, nausea, dry mouth, drowsiness. Today my feet is swollen, is this normal? should I stop using it?

Gen Payne contains the active ingredients Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and Codeine, which is a narcotic pain reliever.

Since it does contain a narcotic, it would be advisable not to give it to children, unless a doctor has specifically instructed you to do so.

And, in the case of elderly people, their body may metabolize the medication differently, so they may require a lower dosage.

Side effects may include: nausea, stomach irritation, constipation and dry mouth.
