M a Diabetic of Type 2 and i have done test of Sensitometer VPT and which shows range between 12 to 26, doctor recommended Gabaneuron SR 600, recently i got a vagus nerve attack should I take this tablet???? pls help me...

Gabaneuron contains the active ingredients Gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant that's also used to help with certain types of nerve pain, and Methylcobalamin, which is a form of Vitamin B12.
