white oblong tablet

The tablet with this marking was manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, and given the limited information I can find on it, I am not sure it is still available.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and increased risk of bleeding.
The name brand has been discontinued, I do have confirmation of that.
Does anyone else know more?
NABUMETONE (Relafen®) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It helps relieve pain and inflammation associated with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Generic nabumetone tablets are available.
