Found a match! A white round pill imprinted with "NO | VO" on one side (separated by a score line) and "0.1" on the other side is identified as generic Clonidine (0.1mg)

Trade Name: Novo-Clonidine
Type: Antihypertensive

NOTE: Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine for "anti-anxiety" and Clonidine is a "centrally acting alpha-agonist hypotensive agent" - so they are not one in the same drug.
