Can someone please help ID a blue oblong scored pill with G 4900 and 50 mg on it? Thank you.

I was put on sertraline for a mild case of anxiety and was told to take the sertraline at night. For the only 2 nights I took it the next to days i was very depressed !!! and didnt have a depressed semptom b4 !! im on alprazolam .5mg for the anxiety and i would usually take it maybe 1 every other week if that now for the past 2 day while on the depressent iv had to take the anxiety both days and 2 or 3 times a day!!! please help me if you can!!!
