Is the marking possibly G 3718?

If so, this tablet is manufactured by Greenstone Limited and contains 0.25mgs of Triazolam, which is most commonly used to treat anxiety, and nervous disorders.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, irritability, headache, and nausea. It also carries the risk of being habit forming.

Can you please double check the imprint and post back? Thank you!
