Is Fortiron tablets do not have any side effects during pregnancy? Can anyone please explain

No..fortiron doesnt have any side effects.In fact it is a very effective tablet to treat anemia.I personally took the tab from my 2 month of preg till delivery.

It isn't dangerous to use, while you are pregnant, if your doctor has instructed you to do so, but yes, it can cause some side effects to you.

It's an iron supplement and, while this is essential to the health of you and your baby, after taking it, you may experience some nausea, constipation and dark stool.
