Fortical Forte contains the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory Diclofenac and a complex of B vitamins. It is usually given to treat pain associated with various conditions, such as arthritis and neuropathy.

Some side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.
