Fludec/topdep-s/nixito 10

Depression is in my family; and I have inherited it. In 1983, I had some problem of irregular heart beat and along with other medicines, included Fludec. Fludec continued in my life upto 2007 when the Psychiatric introduced Topdep-S. The serving dispensary of the Govt. which did not stock Topdep introduced me to Nixito 10 being an equivalent.. This has gone on since 2008. I have been OK all this time with these drugs.
For a month or so I was advised to stop this.
I have now started having the same over anxiety, irritability and short temper. I am 70 yrs old with CAD.
What do I start with???
What is your advise.

since 2002 iam taking alproax 0.5 weekly twice thrice ,doctor prescribed for 1month but depression,throbbing headache made me to take frequently,now after long period consulted psychiatrist he advised me to forget alprax 0.5 advised me to take stalopam 5 morn ,stalopamplus night,but i didnt had these course ,but with nexito 10 i took alprax 0.25 for 8 days,now i got muscle cramps in my back , iam getting muscle catches all over the leg and back muscles treat me with good advise

After 2 months this is the first post I got- that too from a patient. This is not the answer to my question.
I wanted a doctor's advice not a patient's woes.
