Can someone help are doctor got in trouble and without methadone here in Fort Wayne IN don't know what too do it's been 4 days without and it's getting bad please help

I'm looking for a Doctor in Fort Wayne, Indiana that will give methadone for pain. I've had 5 back operations with 12 screws and two rods. I am 63 yrs old.

Was your doctor ranochak? I am dealing with the same thing, I was a great patient, never failed drug screens, never caused him problems. And my pharmacist called me 3 days before I was due to tell me about the news he read in the paper. Like wtf!!! I called doc and he was like "they threw me in jail and sorry but I can't write any scripts so I don't know what to tell u."

I am shocked this happened bc in the 3 yrs I went he was super strict and now I'm seeing why. Also he didn't accept insurance so now it's all making sense. I am now at a clinic and it is draining my bank account. I have legit pain lupus, fibromyalgia, hip dysphasia, and interstitial cystitis. I need help finding a pain clinic. I called one in Kokomo and they told me they don't write for methadone. Which is a lie because I know I've heard ppl at the clinic talking about it cause they got kicked out for failing a urinalysis. I know they are strict, one positive you're out. Which is 110% fine with me. I only take methadone and have only taken it for 4 yrs straight. Someone please help, this isn't fair to the non addicts and when you go to a new clinic it's as if your shunned for something your doc did not having anything to do with you. What to do?

I am looking for an Evansville, Indiana doctor that writes methadone for pain. I have many health issues including rheumatoid arthritis that causes severe pain and I know methadone treats pain well and lasts longer than most other things for real pain.

I'm in the Elkhart area and looking for a doctor to prescribe methadone for major pain and recovering opiate addiction. My doctor in indlps is retiring.

I don’t understand how or why it’s so hard to find a Methadone clinic? I live in Toronto Canada and just off the top of my head I know of 10. I don’t take Methadone for pain either cause it wouldn’t help me. I’m on Methadone cause I needed to get off pain meds and it worked 100% for me. Anyone who has been on pain killers knows you will start withdrawing the next day if you don’t get that opioid into your body. Put Methadone into your body instead cause it works. It's just like taking a painkiller but you won’t feel high at all. It takes the withdrawals away from you. Trust me. But if your looking for a painkiller high, then no point being on Methadone. Methadone doesn’t give you a high feeling like pain meds. It just makes you feel better so you won’t withdrawal. If you want off pain meds start using Methadone. It helps you so much. If you want your painkiller high feeling, then you are going to go nuts trying to find it every day and find the money for the pill. You want off the pain killers, take Methadone, no more withdrawals or worrying about how are you going to get your next pill every day you wake up. Change your life and take Methadone. Don’t expect to feel high from it though. It’s not like that at all. Good luck. Changed my life for the good.
