I need a good dr. in Indianapolis that is persistent. One that will help me control my pain, and help control my very high anxiety... Please Help!!!!!!

I need a dr in the Indianapolis area were I can just take my medical records. MRIs, XRAYs, neurosurgeon surgery reports, and show the DR. and get pain meds prescribed for my chronic pain. I do not want to be treated like crap, I do not want to be treated like I am a drug addict. I DO NOT BUY PILLS ON THE STREET. I just want want to be treated compassionately with the same care as a patient with a broken (what ever) dose any one know of a DR who is taking new patients who understands chronic pain, the build up of tolerance. The need to change medications every year or so as to not have to take 20 hydrocodone's just for the pain to go away. Help me please. Jeffrey B.. I currently take narcotic pain medicine for several different problems but I need a good doctor that will actually try to find an explanation for some of my pain.I am tired of living on needs but can't go without until I find out what's wrong so I need a new doc that will prescribe me what I get now but still try and figure out what's wrong.I Sam in Indy.any help is much appreciated

my southside indy doctors office shut down, no notice.. had issue with office help writing out fake RX's... now we are left with no doc no referrals.. in need of anxiety and pain meds asap.. cant get records from previous doc either now.. can someone recommend a good doc that is taking patients on the south or east side of indy asap..

Hi Mike. I just moved back to Indy. I've been on meds like anxiety meds paind meds and muscle relaxers. Please if you found a dr. Here in indianapolis please let me know. I've been on these meds for over 15yrs. I came back home and found out 2 of the drs I went to are now retired. Yo u know this is really rediculous. The ppl that can prove they've been on these meds for yrs cant get them no more..I am 47yrs old. I need my meds please let me know if you found a dr. Thank you

Hey People.
Has any one located a Dr. That will prescribe pain meds for honest chronic pain. I have all copies of my xrays, mris and surgery reports. I have insurance medicare or I can pay cash. I am good for 2 months so I am starting my search now. I am new to Indianapolis area and Medicare can be expensive. I don't have the money to randomly try pain management drs until I can find one who is compassionate to chronic pain. If anyone has a recommendation please email me. If I find one I will be sure to post their name and number. We all know how hard this become. All the addicts have made it so difficult for honest chronic pain people. But I understand and I feel sorry for them. Greedy Drs. are as much to blame. {edited for privacy} Here is my email. Thanks.

I am currently good for 3-months
80mg oxycontin 60-2Xs daily and 180-10/325 loratab monthly.
I have all x-rays, M-ris, surgery records for all 3 of my surgeries. also all my nerve blocks and burnings. Physicall therapy records, nerve blocks and burnings.

If I am wrong I apologize. But guy it is people like you who hurts us that all ready hurt 24/7. Why would you even get on a legit board like this and say you just a pill head and expect anyone to help you.
Please I feel for you.
But please help me and all of us who are in HONEST TO GOD CHRONIC PAIN and stay off legitimate sites likes ours.

I can help. As long as you have records to back up your problems. He is a very compassioned and caring man. I personally like him and his staff. They are not a pill mill so do not waste your time. He dose understand that pain and medication go together,
