Is your current doctor no longer prescribing it?

Usually, when looking for a new doctor, it isn't advisable to ask them if they'll prescribe any certain medication, since most will view that as drug seeking behavior.

The best thing you can do is to just make an appointment with a new doctor and then make sure they get a full copy of your medical records. When they can see what has and hasn't worked for you, as documented by a fellow physician, they will be more likely to prescribe accordingly.
