Cannot fill them anywhere in Bradenton or Sarasota. Please help I have a real doctor and the pharmacy I have been going to the past year in my city says they will no longer fill out of county. Does anyone know of a pharmacy in Bradenton or Sarasota that can help a patient fill qty 180 oxycodone 30mg? Please help. On the verge of getting deathly ill w/out meds! Thank you.

I also finding it impossible to fill legit pain script. Methadone 10mg. I went to 15 pharmacies today trying to fill my script. I was so exhausted and in pain i almost passed out driving. Pharmacy's won't let your loved one's get your pain medicine, so no matter how much crippled pain you have you have to come to these pharmacies and get told they are out, don't carry any narcotics. They plain lie to your face. I have mri's, brain scan's...you name it, i follow the rules, yet pharmacies refused to fill my script. I can't tell you how i wish i didn't live, because I have to suffer severe pain, when in 2014 a medicine for pain to help humanity, is being refused and told they must suffer pain, because a drug addict abused drugs. addicts abuse anything they can abuse! why target and hurt patients with legitimate pain and have followed all the rules to have proof and a educated doctor believes you need them. When has fla. became a torture state? punish the abuser's. Heal and help those who have disease and need pain medicine to live a somewhat livable life. I am at my end, cause I refuse to live in pain. maybe this is goverment population control. maybe they want us to give up and die. I can't understand anyone who justifies to themselves the past decisions that have been made, to put alot and i mean alot of us in turmoil and a existance not worth living.

Look online for Dr. Homolya, he is scared of his own job and will NEVER PRESCIBE MORE THAN 20 mg oxycontin and 4, only 4 30mg oxycodone a day--takes various insurance

Find one of those prescription discount cards, i only pay $69 for 80 of the 30mg oxycodone...... ins pays for 40

I have no idea who he will see....if the oxycontin mess up stomach, suck on them like a cough drop. It will more like a oxycodone drip and provide relief without cramps, diarrhea, and other tummy issues.

I agree, the drive is worth it, I myslef drive almost 3 hours one way every month. If you are in pain, meaning a legit patient my Dr. will help you, he will work with your meds, I have changed up a few times until I got the right combo. In 2005 I started with the 10/650 hydros, because of the liver destroying poison called acetaminophen you could only take them QID, so he had would write me a compounded capsule of 20mg hydro and only 80mg of the acetaminophen meaning I could take 12 a day and get 960 mg a day of acetaminophen compared to 2600mg with the 10/650 that I could only take 4 a day or QID. So I would get 360 20/80 a month, problem was even though it had the same ingredients my insurance would not pay for it so I was paying $500 a month for my Dr. and meds. He worked with me and switched me up to oxycodone and morphine which is the norm now a days. I still do not have any insurance, my state RX card stopped after that stupid Obamacare, I called about it and was told I would have to pay $136.00 a month and I would have insurance but I had a $4,000 out of pocket meaning I would never use it unless I went into the hospital, it would never help my Dr. so I would be paying $136.00 a month for nothing.....But call my Dr. and go see him, good luck..

I'm 30 minutes outside of Knoxville.I get 2 60 Mg. Oxycontin and 2 Oxycodone a day.I was getting 2 30 MG Oxymorphone(instead of Oxycontin)Generic and they worked great.I had accident in 2001 and died twice on table.I have a lot of medical problems but my Dr.said the generic Oxymorphone has been linked to kidney failure but the funny thing is I have a neighbor who got his generic 40's Fri.&3 family members who get the 15,20,30's and they had no problem filling them? The name bring Opana ER 30 MG cause my stomach to hurt and I think I have some kind of Latex Allergy(I break out in rash when I take Rubber Oxycontin& Opana name brand)I have been on oxymorphone for over 2 years and it helped me tremendously.My Pharmacy is no help at all and treat me like a full on needle junkie(some thing I have never done or appreciate people judging me that is GOD's decision.)Will your Dr. See me ? I can be in Your town in a couple hours and that's a small price to pay for good pain Managment! Please help me.

I may have to make another appt for them...i cancelled the last one when i found one that took my insurance but he hemmed and hawed over taking me since, Im "maxed out" (no such thing) and not only do they count pills. They hours in the day as well. You should still have three not two for today...jeeprs i stress to much with him...dr.homolya if anyone in Hendersonville, TN needs one. HE Has continued to write my oxycontin and oxycodone but my time there may be short. Very short. LOL

So your Dr is not in the USA and you are then how do you get the script ?

The pharmacy is not required to fill it unless your Dr has LICENSE in the US
I suggest you find one. Level 10 pain is unheard of unless you are in hospital

The hypocrisy is that while Suboxone is designed to be a short-term med to taper off of opiates, Dr.s will prescribe it as long-term replacement therapy for opiates, leaving you with withdrawal symptoms if you stop. In fact, because of its long lasting effect, many people claim the withdrawal is as bad or worse than the opiate it is replacing, similar to coming off of Methadone.

Yes, it's the HOPE pain clinic in Murfreesboro on S. church street... It is a good place to go and very reasonable. I do not have any insurance so I have to pay out of pocket every month, they do not take cash, must have a debit card or pre paid CC when you pay... My problem is that my meds have went up, seems that one morphine maker bought out the competition, I was paying about $40 for my morphine and oxycodone but the last two months they went from $39 to $75 to $115 what I paid last month. I go back on the 29th, wonder if the price went up again this month at my pharmacy...

I have determined that after 8 years of being on pain meds. I went to a pain clinic for 5 years and get 180 30s 150 dilaudid (sometimes 180 dilaudid when doc felt like giving me a bonus) 56 morphine 60s and various other bs. Florida decided that they would make it nearly impossible to get good pain meds at the doctor and force people to the street to purchase "non pharmacuetical grade meds ordered from india and pakistan" (which are in fact much better but running out has become the problem these days and we all know how much that sucks whether your a junky or a legit pain med user. I have been going to some crappy pain clinic since mine shut down and now only get 90 hydrocodone 10s which is nearly the same as takeing aspirin. Oh yes and my pain is real, wont go away without highly invasive surgery and I have just had to learn to live with it because doctors are scared and I really don't like the oxycodone search. However, by simply going to a doctor that treats addiction with suboxone or preferrably subutex you can just say your an addict cant quit, wha wha wha bla and walla you get up to and usually 24mg of "bupe" per day which is equal to 80mg of morphine for every 2mg of bupe. You do the math. And the added benefit is that the pain killing property only lasts about 6 hours but even though you begine to feel the pain again the bupe stays attached to your pain receptors for 19 hours so you wont get the added and dreaded "withdraw". I find that structuring it to a whole strip in the morning and then a half of one every 6 hours and WALLA no pain, no withdraw and no wanting and chasing. FYI keep around 20 or so strips stashed away every month because periodicly the doc will disappear or come up with some other bs as to how you didn't do something and then they will kick you to the curb. Same story as pain docs (most are). Having 20 stashed away for 6 moths will give you enough time to find another clinic and start over. when you start over tell it like this, doc cut you off of them and you tried for weeks to stay clean but relapsed and blah blah blah. And always get a prescription for chantix to stop smoking because it has the added effect of slowing down your brains reuptake of dopamine so you get the added value of being happy longer. For real, In Florida getting good pain relief (your right and In my opinion should be available otc) has come down to saying it hurts bad doc and here's my documented proof only to hear "well the dea is coming down hard so f u, here is some tramadol or some bs" OR hey doc I'm hooked life sucks blah blah I got hooked because of my back etc but now I have been buying them (yes just say it they dont care) and you will hear Well blah blah blah I am going to prescribe Suboxone or some other bupe now that suboxone s patent has expired. You get the added benefit of looking at a complete HIPOCRIT of a doctor forced by policies to prescribe a much stronger opiate to someone in order to avoid having them withdraw. But act like you don't know that. Even better is that most insurance including medicaid pay for it all, icluding the chantix dont forget the chantix. You can read about the added benefit of chantix and opiates on your own. Google it. I am not a doctor so don't take my advice because that would be stupid.Oh B4 I go, be sure to say you are taking 7 or more oxy 30s per day inorder to get the full amount of 24mg per day. It does suck setting there saying "IM a addict" but hey what do you think the pain clinic that only took cash thought? 20 mg of bupe and 1mg of chantix per day is truly better than 7 oxys 4 dilis and 2 morphs. Can't you tell, I've been rambling for an hour. SEE ya.

oxycodone is clearly useful for acute pain and in some instances of chronic cancer pain. Experts are divided in regards to the efficacy of all opioids in non-malignant chronic pain. While the opioids induce acute pain relief, all of them have the potential for dependence,
withdrawal and the induction of pain sensitivity and hyperalgesia, thereby causing the symptom (pain) that they are being used to treat.
Its really hard to find a reliable vendor these days. However, i've ordered mine some days ago and they were just fine. I no longer have to worry about my prescriptions. {edited for privacy}. I just hope everyone gets it. Oxy is really hard to find.. I'd be happy if i could help anyone. Thanks

You need to check with your insurance company. Insurance companies don't all cover the same meds or for the same reasons. The pharmacy can't charge the insurance company if they don't cover it or if they don't cover it for the reason your prescription states you're taking it.

Get switched back to oxycodone they only cost $69-$98 cash for 120 30mg, depwnding on which prescription discount card you use and please use them, it will save you a bundle

I too have been going to pain mngt for 5 yrs 4 bluging disc one torn was on oxys 30 filled @Pharm no prob.5 yrs now all of sudden publix says NO WE CANT GET .DR.SWITCHED ME TO DILAUID 8 SAME DEAL 100 PHARMACYS STILL DONT HAVE ..WTF U R FORCED TO BUY ON THE STREET THEY R ONLY MAKING DRUG DEALERS RICHER I HAVE TO HAVE MY MEDS PHARMS.WONT TAKE INS. Hello my name is Robin. I have a legitimate reason why i have 2 narcotic prescriptions which are Percocet and opana ER. I have 3 herniated disc osteo arthirits and scoliosis in my spine. Also a disc in my neck. This is the second month in a row i can't fill my prescriptions and i'm in so much pain.
