I wanted to loose 30LBS. I started at 170,wanted to go down to 140. I'm kind of dissapointed at myself because on sunday I was already 164.5 and this morning I was 166. I've always had a difficult time using the restroom, I haven't used the restroom since saturday. Do you know of anything that will help me. I think that's why I'm going up!

Monica I will try activa how do you weight now if you are 5'7 you should weight 140 to 150
Because I am 5'8 my weight should be 155 to 165

Dolimtz yes they say no more than 3 months but I go to a Dr. And he still prescribes them even thoug its been been 3 months but I guess because I am under Dr. Supervision and it depends on your health because he runs test on me.

Monica I know its hard sometimes its hard. Hey i was going to ask you how much weight have you lost . and you dont know if you have tyroid problem? because sometimes that happens if you have a that problem you wont be able to loose alot of weight oh how long have you been taking the pills?

I'm still 164 I haven't lost any more weight. Today is day #12on this pill.

total I lost like 100 pounds but I get back like 20 or 25 but.....I dont know if is too much that weight that I lost and now my body wants to stay like that..........Right now Im so busy but next week

Monica wow thats alot of weight you lost good job! but if you keep comeing up 20 or 25 pounds maybe because you lost the fast in how long did you loose them? because if you lost it fast the way you lost it you could gain it back if you dont take care of your self.

Terry thats the thing in order for you to loose weight you need to do some kind of excercise so you could loose more weight and it would be good if you buy some water pills.
