Just a few pointers from a acxion/phentermine pro. Take the pill 30 mins before breakfast, I suggest 1 cup uncooked quick oatmeal with a cup of yogurt or milk, DO NOT HEAT THIS. You can add fruit in also if you like. This combo will help you lose the weight, I promise. I gained 85lbs with my second child. I have already lost 65lbs in about 1 year. This stuff works...Drink lots of water too!!! No can drinks or tea with sugar or caffeine. Caffeine will make you gittery. I can't find a site that is worth my money though, I used to pay 80.00usd for 90 pills of 37.5 phentermine. Any suggestions?

since 7/23/07 I have lost a total of 7lbs. So I am down to 133lbs, I want to lose about 15-20 more lbs.

IFA is the name of the pharmaceutical company that makes AXICION and IFA Slim Plus,IFA Slim Plus is Cromo which is chromium, I am taking 30 mgs of Axcion, the Dr told me I could split the pill in half incase I didn't like the way I felt taking the whole 30mgs.

the 30mgs split in 2 is 15 mgs and Slim Plus you can find in any mexican pharmacy..they also sale Chromium at any GNC store

Since starting on july 12th i've gone down from 192 to 185 so far so good. I've only gotten a very dry mouth and i think that constipation is another reaction to it. does anyone have this similar reaction to it? i bought mine (30 pills a box) at las flores mexico for $29 no prescription or questions when crossing the border.

hi i am taking phentermine and i lost 50 pounds by just walking every morning and i also take a fat burner and water pills i was wearing a size 20 and now i am wearing a 5 i feel so great and i want to loose 10 pounds more do anyone think i should stop or keep going

Im going to tell you the truth :( I lost like five or 6 pounds in like 2 weeks, but.....I received some visits so I stop to take hem...because I eat alot of bad food so....
Today Im going back to my track and I let you know what happen.....

50 pounds and you went down 20 to 5 its alot.......in one point I lost allmost 80 pounds and I never lost that many in sizes...

Well Monica I know you could do it because I did it just eat healthy and jog or walk and you would loose a lot of weghit well good luck

To every body that is taking water pills take them every other day ladys do not take them in your monthly cycle because if you take them every day that's when you cramp.

Monica just remember take them every other day and don't take it when you are in your period Also try to take a day burner try allie that's good its like xenical just 20mg less.

thanks I have to wait because I just start.. :( and about xenical my brotherinlaw is doctor anda He recommend me dont mix the two pills phentermine and alli.....so Im triing to eat healthy....

Monica well that's fine just keep drinking your pills and eat healthy.why don't you ask your brotherinlaw about a good fat burner because I asked my Dr. If it was okay to take allie and he said yes to just take it after lunch and that it but that's up to you I guess that's why I lost a lot of fat but also I try to lift weights and do situps and for my legs I guess that's why I have gained muscle but everybody is diffrent but just keep up the good work because I know you could do.

monica i was just asking you those questions because my dr. told me once you loose the weight and you try to loose more the body dosent allow you any more the body knows when to stop because if you force your self and you stop eating thats when you become anorexic and thats very dangerous you could ask your brotherinlaw he might know and let me know please.
