Wow..really.... which pills are you taking? I was Axcion too ,but I stopped taking it because it got me too dizzy and I had traouble sleeping.

Sue, I take the second half in the early afternoon so it will wear off before bedtime at around 12:30. Oh, forgot to say, I had a few drinks last night, just in case, I didn't want to be up all night and 2 drinks makes me settle down and sleep. I won't do this every night, just on the first night.

I am taking Acxion also. It makes me feel a little jittery too but most of all, dry mouth, I am drinking lots of water. Lost another 3 lbs this morning. That makes 6 lbs in 2 days. Starting weight was 200. Great snack to eat like potato chips...sugar snap peas! love the crunch!! Also, great with vitamins. Will probably not lose to much today, ate at red lobster but ate broiled fish. Had a bit of a headache last night, not sure if it due to the change in the diet or the acxion. Anybody else experiencing headaches?

Yea I started again today and Im getting headaches....Im just gna have to suck it up if I wanna loose the weight. My goal is to just loose about 30 pounds

As long as I don't start getting migrains, I can handle it. I'm wishing for a 60-80 lb weght loss.

What would you guys say is a healthy rate to lose weight? If I want to lose only like 15 lbs, I just want to make sure that I don't lose it too fast or too slow. I also want to make sure that the weight stays off. I would appreciate anybody's advice.

Honestly, when I stopped taking these pills I gained like half of it back. Since then U have joined the gym so I've been able to keep the weight off. I like using the pills to boost my confidence but If you want to loos weight I suggest you start working out because if you stop taking the pills you will gain your weight back.

I think at least 2 lbs a week is a good amount to lose. I gained 5 lbs between 2/14 and 2/18..so I am glad I have lost 6 lbs. If you watch what you eat and exercise, you should be able to maintain. These will allow you to shrink your stomach and not stuff yourself as much as before. I was pigging out on mexican food and wouldn't let a basket of chips and sausa go to waste..would eat till gone. I just want to get it off and then try to maintain it, give or take 5-10 lbs.

Hi i started taking the pill last week on tuesday on 2/26/08 144 and i will weigh weekly. I am watching wat i eat and workout 4 times a week. My problem was that i had stopped a diet months ago and was at 119 but had surgery and gained a few I tried on my own just eating right and working out but nothing. I can see the pill is working fast.

Hi everyone. I took the Acxion pills (30mg) a couple of years ago for a few months and lost about 25 lbs. I have since gained almost all of that back. I want to lose about 15 lbs maybe 20 & have been seriously eating right & working out for almost 6 weeks & I haven't lost an OUNCE. I am seeing a specialist next week for metabolism and thyroid but I want to take my pills again. I get nervous though - like they are going to cause some medical condition. Has anyone here ever had any major problems?? I don't know why I'm so paranoid. Also, there is no experation date - how long do they generally last?

I had just started acxion last week. How long it take to see some kind of weight loss. As of today I haven't lost a pound.

In regards to your questions-
* If you want to exercise I suggest you do because that will help you loose more weight but even without exercise you can lose weight.
* Best thing to do is take half a pill so you can know how it will affect you. If you feel ok with half the pill next time you might wanna try tacking the full pill. Axcion affects people differently.
*Also don't take the pill at 8-6 hours before you go to bed. Because it can keep you awake.

I have fentermina from mexico 30mg, they are brown does this sound like anyone elses. I am afraid to start taking them.

I totally agree that when you stop taking fentermina you will regain the weight if you don't workout and eat healthy. I took them for a year a few years ago and lost 40 lbs. Since then I billed up a tollerance and have gain it back.

I TOOK THESE PILLS FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND THEY WORKED AT FIRST. I LOST MORE THAN 20LBS IN THE FIRST MONTH, I WAS NEVER HUNGRY AND VERY ENERGETIC. I WAS ON THE GO GO GO LIKE SOMEONE MENTIONED BEFORE, AND IT ALSO PUT ME IN A GREAT MOOD ALL THE TIME! I FELT GREAT! MY HEART PUMPED PUMPED!
