can fenac ec 50mg tablets be taken in conjunction with coveram blood pressure tablets?

The Coveram contains Amlodipine and Perindopril and the Perindopril can cause some interactions with the Diclofenac, such as making it more potent, so your blood pressure drops lower and it can increase the risk of nephrotoxicity.
