Femara is not a muscle relaxant, Femara contains the active ingredient Letrozole, it is a nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor that is most commonly used to treat hormonally responsive breast cancer.

Soma contains the active ingredient Carisoprodol and it is a muscle relaxant, it works well for some people, but not for all.
