If u wanted to take fefol, they suggest that u should not take it with milk - what is the reason? I wanted to know this personally.

Is it possible that unpregnant woman can take FEFOL Spansule Capsules?? Because i got ferrous sulfate even w/o advice of dr. But they give me fefol??

Felol is an iron and folic acid supplement.

The reason it should not be taken with milk is because the calcium can lessen the amount of the active ingredents that you absorb. So, you may not get the full therapeutic dose required.
